As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the secret ingredient that keeps our dynamic team buzzing with energy. You’ll lead, innovate, and ensure our operations run as smoothly as our finest espresso shot—all while keeping our culture vibrant, fun, and inclusive.
What You’ll Be Doing: Championing Operational Brilliance: Streamline daily operations with flair. You’ll optimise processes so that every shop, each shift, and even the smallest detail reflects our high standards and friendly vibe.
Empowering Our Team: You’ll mentor, motivate, and rally a diverse crew of coffee lovers. Build an environment where fun infuses every task and everyone feels like they truly belong.
Driving Financial Success: Keep our financial engines roaring by overseeing budgets and spotting golden opportunities for profitable growth—all without losing sight of our team-first ethos.
Upholding Safety & Compliance: Ensure that every workspace meets health, safety, and food hygiene standards, creating a secure and enjoyable environment for both staff and customers.
Enhancing the Customer Journey: Craft memorable experiences at each interaction. Work with the team to continuously raise the bar for service excellence, making our customers feel like valued friends each time they visit.

Who You Are: Experienced & Passionate: You bring solid operational or management experience, preferably in speciality coffee and you’re always on the lookout for innovative ways to improve.

Detail-Oriented & Strategic: You have a knack for problem-solving and process optimisation while never losing sight of the human element in every system.
