About the Role…
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Field Tech & Wholesale Account Manager to join our growing Wholesale team at RAVE Coffee HQ.
This is a unique hybrid role: part espresso machine expert, part relationship builder. You’ll be hitting the road supporting our wholesale partners. Coffee shops, restaurants, hotels amongst others diagnosing, repairing and maintaining their coffee equipment. At the same time, you’ll be the face of RAVE, helping our trade partners get the best from our coffee, strengthening relationships, and spotting opportunities to grow our presence regionally. You’ll be perfect for us if you…
Have a proven track record of Espresso machine engineering. Are passionate about delivering the perfect cup of coffee through top-tier machine maintenance. - and excited to put your knowledge into action. Are personable, confident, and full of ideas. Communicate clearly and have a ‘make it happen’ attitude. Are a team player who speaks up, helping shape strategy and decisions. Are driven to exceed targets, both individually and as part of a team. Collaborate effortlessly with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Identify and troubleshoot faults in espresso machines, grinders, and related coffee equipment.
