You’ll be responsible for crafting delicious beverages—hot, cold, alcoholic, and non- alcoholic—while providing exceptional service to our guests. We’re looking for someone experienced, friendly, and reliable who enjoys working with people and takes pride in their craft.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve coffee, matcha, tea, cocktails, and other beverages to a high standard. • Greet and engage with customers, taking orders and offering recommendations. • Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar and coffee station. • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. • Process payments quickly and accurately. • Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth service and a welcoming environment. What We’re Looking For: • At least 1 year of experience as a bartender, barista, or in a customer-facing hospitality role (preferred). • Strong knowledge of drink preparation and customer service best practices. • Comfortable in a fast-paced setting and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills. • Attention to detail and a love for creating great experiences. • Ideally local to the King’s Cross area for easy commuting. Schedule: • Full-time, with flexible shifts that vary week to week to suit your availability. • Some weekend availability required.
